Cnet URLs are better, as you can type in things like this:

Methinks you were pointing out that at the time Google indexed it the article had no title either.

If your browser/OS/virtual machine is slow enough, you'll see the 'alleged' title in the title bar of your browser, before being replaced with the correct one.
