Need a Hitman? Ask Wikipedia!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_contract_killers
Hmm i wonder how much it costs to advertise
-
Amusing.

My question is, how did you find it?

Of the entire list, approximately three individuals are a) real people and b) alive. One's an informant with a book out. Two are serving life sentences. Probably not the best place to find hitmen.

This is hardly a WTF. Quite reasonable content, actually :p

Well, since it's Wikipedia, people should start trying to find real hitmen and putting their names on the list. It's the right thing to do!

Think of the media outcry when a hitman is caught padding his own entry!

absolutely not! That'd be original research!

Sounds like a good plot for "World's Dumbest Criminals" - hitman adds his name, hoping for business, and gets arrested. He then sues Wikipedia because it's their fault for letting him do something so stupid. Then he wins.
