The real WTF is that you're using the buggy, unstable, breaking-some-programs bbLeanSkin. (I assume it's that, it looks fairly similar)

Yeah, I am. I much prefer it to Explorer. It has some glitches, but nothing that affects what I do. Actually, this error came up when I tried to close Excel by shift+right-clicking the program in the task bar. I suspect that Blackbox uses a different API call to close windows with that action, and it must have confused poor Excel.
