Maybe something to do with the large number of users we've imported here recently? That would, of course, mean that the Discodevs hadn't bothered testing how the searching/filtering works with a large forum...

The JS code loads this page to get the search results (minus the
.json):500 Internal Server Error, no content.

Infinite spinner when filtering on the user list
When using the username filter, if you type in a term that matches no users, the busy spinner spins indefinitely. It happens on WTDWTF, but not on here; must be something to do with the number of users in the system?

I hear tell there may be a fix for this issue:

I believe this is a bug I already fixed in master. If you upgrade to the latest version it will be fixed.
