Mobile: Suggested Topics "jump to post" not working

In Mobile View, in the Suggested Topics list, if you click on the reply counter for a topic, you don't get the popup to jump to the first or last post, the page simply refreshes.
The popup in question (on Desktop View):
In the main topic lists, and in both lists in Desktop View, the popup appears as expected.

scaled it down as far as I could on chrome, and still get the popup, so maybe it's a mobile device browser.

It's a Mobile View issue. Specifically, a mobile device in Mobile View mode or Chrome emulating a mobile device in that mode. Not just a "screen is small" thing.
