Who's to blame, Eclipse or Java?
-
This popped up in the middle of my desktop the first time I ran Eclipse. Which, since I have two monitors, meant it straddled them. Since the right-hand monitor has the taskbar on the left edge instead of the bottom, that looked extra weird.
Also: server cooties this morning, 500 errors when posting.

Also, I tried to post that this morning, on a different computer, and Discurse apparently held the pending post all day, waiting for me.

Looks like latest Eclipse is Luna SR2. Does SR mean Shitty-Release?
I've never seen that logo/prompt, but I'm a Windows monkey.

Yes.

Service Release, or something, I'd assume, i.e., service pack/patch/whatever.

At home, with my i7-3570K, the first-time init happened so fast I didn't see that dialog, although it might have been behind another window. My work computer is a 2011-era Pentium Dual-Core POS and that dialog hung around for about a minute.

It is no fun if I can't work shitty into an acronym with S. How do you think I keep sane dealing with SAP software?

Not my circus, not my monkeys.

I'm pretty sure the number of variations of Shitty-A* P*, with respect to SAP; are countably infinite but as time goes on I think the upper bound might be Aleph-6.
