"Good Topic" and "Passable Topic" are discoursisent for moved posts with previous likes

So I made this post a while ago, and consensus was that it would stand as its own topic:

But it had already received (from memory, I think) 7 likes before it was moved. So I noticed that it got "Nice Topic" when it got another 3 likes, but "Mediochre Topic" didn't get assigned until it had 17 likes (i.e. 10 likes more than it already had when it became a topic).

And this morning, it hit the 25 likes threshold, and Good Topic was assigned, but I don't think it's going to qualify for "Passable Topic" until it hits 32 likes (7 + 25). So that seems like a bug?

So basically, 7 more people need to like my topic so I can haz a "Passable Topic" badger? Hugs, kthxbyee!
