Yeah, Cadbury are currently suing Darrell Lea in Australia for using a purple that was "similar" to their purple.

I think it should have been phrased "This blue colour is..." or something similar, but even then it is still retarded.

dunno exactly, but i think this only means that you can't use that colour/hue/tone blue when your in the ever exciting insulation business.
Like you can't make shoes with some kind of red coloured extended out of shape comma on it.

In the UK, our post office(who paint everything red - vans, uniforms, post boxes, buildings, you name it) have a trademark on the colour red.
