Email Notifications are blank?

  • Is it intentional that the email notifications do not contain the response of the user who replied? Are you guys injecting something to stop it and just toying with me because I haven't seen that conversation? (I feel honored if that is truly the case) 😄

  • Discourse touched me in a no-no place

It's working for some emails, but that's definately Not Doing Something Right...

    Not Doing Something Right

I sometimes wonder if natural language shouldn't benefit from operator precedence and brackets ...

    NOT(Doing Something Right)
    Doing Something Not Right
    Not Doing (Something Right)

  • Discourse touched me in a no-no place

Considering #1 and #3 are semantically identical, and #2 is reordering the words and doesn't count, I'm not sure what you're trying to say...

    Needs more parens. 👿

  • I'm seeing blank notifications, too (only the HTML part - the plain-text part shows up fine).

#1: Not(Doing(Something(Right))) == Not Doing Something The Proper Way
    #2 :Doing(Something(Not(Right))) == Doing Something Wrong
#3: Not(Doing(Something::Right)) == Not Doing The Right Thing

Filed under: noun, adjective, adverb, and several other fancy words too

Looks like the "blank posts" problem is spreading, the "raw" text is embedded just fine.

Here's what I got when I used "Show original" in GMail:

This is a 10" tablet device. It only has one socket which will accept 3.5mm jack.

Actually, you might be able to force the headphones into the power input if you pushed hard enough, although if you're going to go that route, you may want to consider <strike>shrieking like a bonobo before frustratedly hurling the device and headphones to the floor in frustration</strike> a career in Acer QA?

  • For extra fun, the respond links in email don't work properly either and will link you to a blank page.
