There's no edit history, so I'm not sure who managed to move it, but this sounds like a similar issue that @abarker and I have noticed when trying to wikify a post, where it doesn't work at first until apparently the post is of a certain age. But Discourse's ways are ineffable as usual, so who knows?

Try running the w3c validator on the target page. If the html is really badly hideously malformed this can happen sometimes. We need better handling in that case.
