TDWTF Captcha WTF

Ok - maybe someone will explain it to me... What's wrong with captcha on TDWTF?
I've never seen one yet. I think some people see it as it's popular: "Captcha: ..."
I don't see any captcha, tried "sign up" form, but at least in first step, there's no captcha and anonymous is not allowed to post. WTF? Double standards? :)

Did you notice that you can make up any captcha you want and it will get accepted?
