Yea, thats been popping up lately,think its just a new feature that Alex hasn't fully implemented yet, not really a WTF tho, IMO.

Just turned on Tagging. Note the "Tags" textbox at the bottom of the message text box.
I'm tempted to add a tag myself, but I have no idea what to put ...

tags: PHP, mySQL, C#, code snippet, etc...
I didn't realise CS came with tagging, presumed you were adding that feature in yourself
