Press Anykey by Samsung
-
I've checked with the google and the search engine of the website before posting this, so I hope you haven't heard about that before:
My mom bought a DVD-recorder made by Samsung. Usually I don't read user manuals [especially, translated ones], but I was searching for the warranty card so I flickered through the pages of it and found this one:
Probably, you don't speak Polish, but it should be obvious to you, that something went wrong with the translation.
Or at least, that was what I thought at first.
Then I dared to look at the remote control I was holding in my hand... and went WTF. Here's what I found:

Please, forgive my lack of English skills - they still outperform most of the Polish manual translators.
Btw. the text reads: "1. Press Anykey during playback."
-
"The Real WTF" is that you're saving what should obviously be JPGs as PNGs.
-
That is totally awesome. Sadly, it means that we will now have to stop writing "Press the any key" and instead use "Press the ANYKEY".

So... what does the anykey do?

[/quote]ANYTHING

Simply priceless....
No more question like "What is the any key?"
-
So where's TAB, Ctarl and Pig Up?
-
Very simple. Samsung's tech support grew tired of the constant dumb questions and made them add a dedicated ANYKEY so people would no longer call.
Wait for the next model; it will come with a coffee cup. :P

good find, sadly you loose points for not taking the picture of the remote on a wooden table.
