Months ago, the the belgian french speaking radio television group decided to upgrade their home brewed content management to more professional one build by a US company. The old one was working. The best to say, the new one is working too.... Somehow.
I visited this website only 10 times since it's upgrade. Out of those 10 times, this is the second time i get this result (yes one time out of 5):
According to someone inside, this is a 'bug' the selling company does not seems in a hurry to fix.
Well, i suppose you can still argue that there is nothing wrong as the content is still there, somehow:

It looks like he's getting the content management admin screens (and somehow gaining access to the content - perhaps in read-only mode?)

[/quote]I am getting (in read-only) the content administration interface, instead of the web site. The only way i have to see website is to get to the 'Websites' sections of this CM, and see a preview of the intended site inside a frame (second screenshot)
For 'normal' behaviour go to http://www.rtbf.be and cross fingers.

Wow.. I got it with the title "Erreur du serveur de contenu", and the body had the content management header and sidebar with this as the sole content of the main body:
Échec de la requête auprès du serveur de contenu
Le serveur de contenu est trop occupé pour traiter la demande.I'd also like to say.. check out all scripting in the source..
EDIT: Perhaps someone installed the system incorrectly?

Translation: Server is overloaded. That might explain no results.

It also reloads itself constantly if you don't allow cookies from it. :)
http://www.comcast.net/ does that too. There's some pretty brillant JavaScript there.
