Citibank is out of letters

It seems that Citibank is running out of letters. They are left with d,h,T,t,l,P,L,ś and digits only. I guess they had some additional reserve for digits since they use them frequently. Anyway - that's my transactions statement from citibank and it's been sponsored by:
and number 0,00 (unfortunatelly).

I would understand missing glyphs for letters, but the pdf doesn't have the actual text information also. And that is just... well... WTF

All you need to do is find another statement which contains all the vowels, tape them together, hold them up to the light, and presto! Message decoded.

What about encoding conversion (either things like base_64 or AES-256 or UTF-8/ASCII) gone wrong? My guess the thing is encrypted (and decrypted) somewhere in the system but the wrong key was used by one of them. Throw in some conversion for i.e. printing and you've got: this...

I've actually seen this happen when working at a print shop. I'm not certain what caused it, but sometimes when you would print a document to PDF or a real printer letters were missing.

Wow, there are a few "ś"s in the document, now that I look at it. It's got to be some sort of font/character-encoding screwup.

It's not that they're running out of letters, it's just that the other letters were [url=http://forums.thedailywtf.com/forums/thread/140751.aspx]sent to the wrong address[/url].
