End key broken when last post reply to is expanded

You have expand the very last posts' reply-to for it to fail.
This screws up more when the reply chain is long.
Steps to repro: Have users reply to a bunch of successive posts to create large reply chain. Expand the last post's "Reply To" popout. Hit end.
Expected: Go to end of topic.
Actual: Get sent to top of reply chain popout.
This only happens when expanding the last post's reply chain.
