Dumb Newbie Q: Submitting a "Daily WTF"

  • Pardon what's probably a stupid question, but I don't see how to make a submission for a "Daily WTF"

  • Oops, just saw the glaringly-obvious "Contact Alex / Share Your WTF" link... I guess I'm my own WTF grin.

Makes me wonder what you'd submit lol....

    Simple.

    1. Google for a good complicated CV and plagerise it.
    2. Learn a bunch of buzz words (like COBOL, EAISOAPBBLXML and so FORTH) for use in interviews.
    3. Apply for jobs at places with small IT departments who need mission critical application development or serious database design work done.
    4. Once you get a job, stay just as long as you can doing whatever comes naturally until you're about a couple of weeks off being discovered.
    5. Move onto another job as a 'Guru'.

If you follow steps 1 to 5 above, your story will almost certainly be posted to TDWTF by whoever comes along after you, and no one will be able to identify you by name.

    Glad to help.
