Changing category does not trigger the blue bar of fail

Process:

• Change the category for a thread in one browser whilst viewing the topic list in another

Naive expectation

• Category change reflected in topic list

Realistic expectation from Pissforce

• Blue bar of we are shit at web development pops up indicating a status change

Actual behaviour

• nothing happens
