Users Icon From Topic Category Not Reflecting All Posts
-
I have no idea what would cause this, other than it seeing two real users + a system post, but the system post is interpreted as the second user icon. Though how it managed to grab the first and last icon is pretty special.

Seen this before, but a reload of the latest list page fixed it. So it may be something wonky with caching.
EDIT: actually it could be related to this older bug which is still happening (I've only got one post there):
-
I can confirm:
That's from the One Post category listing
-
This one's really good, 8 replies with 3 images
-
Only missing @PJH there, though half the replies are from him.
-
Wait, you're missing PJH? clicking your link I get:
-
The In-Topic view and the topic list view are different.
-
You're right. They're both wrong, however.
-
-
I wonder if it has to do with the topic being closed before some kind of rebake can happen?
-
I think it's an off by one count when it's closed by system. In both cases.
I think topic list is most recent reply sorted, and in topic list is reply count sorted.
-
Non-closed things also have issues in the list though, so while it could be related to closing I don't think it is the underlying cause.
-
I wonder if System is trying to exclude itself and failing?
Oh well, it's 4, I am off the clock and no longer care :)

Reminds me of a bug that we had here. "ALL" was put into a list that was sorted alphabetically, and the first option was removed (used to be "ALL"). Then another option was added on the back end that came before "ALL", so that option wasn't showing up, but all of a sudden, the "ALL" option was. Brillant.
