Quote is still not inserted where my cursor is

While it has been changed for the "Quote Reply" thingy, it seems the toolbar button still puts the quote at the end of the post.

For me, it puts it wherever my cursor is.
And I find it annoying.
IMO the quotes should always go to the end of the post, instead of messing up what I typed.
