Post View counts not incrementing

Possible bug: Post view counts don't appear to increment in categories that (I'm guessing) are read-only.
Repro: any post in http://what.thedailywtf.com/category/meta/faqs except the emoji one which was moved from a different category.
Security in the category:
Admins: Create/reply/view
Everyone: ViewI know at least one person has read one of the posts there, yet all of them have a 0 view count.

I think the @PaulaBean bot has been flooding our system with bogus hits at the moment causing a mini DoS on the jobs queue, will try to add some better rate limiting to avoid this kind of attack. Redis is perfect at this kind of work.

I gathered that from the screenshot, and it does indeed look cool. But just namedropping the thing, all I see is "yet another FOSS tool with a quirky misspelled name." I've been disappointed by too many of those to actively research more of them, especially since usually their sites are dedicated to telling me how awesome they are rather than what the fuck they do. But if someone wants to recommend one in a conversation, I'll gladly hear them out.

@PaulaBean is still on a rampage, I just shifted a bunch of the work off our "heavyweight" queue on to the super light weight queue.
