New MS Ad reminded me of this site

I saw this MS (featuring Pawn Stars) ad on TV and I immediately thought of the abuse we like to heap on BenL. I don't really care about the arguments they make, but they did a good job recreating the feel of the show. It's also amazing in that it's a Microsoft ad that isn't creepy or bizarre.

Actually, I think for your average user a Chromebook is a pretty good product, same as tablets. Unfortunately there's really only a few things I use computers for, and internet-machines don't work for most of them:
- Programming
- Video games
- Netflix/YouTube/other streaming video
- Internetting
But for your average household these days, 1) is a non-issue, 2) is typically handled by a console, 3) also console/Apple TV/Chromecast, and 4) tablets/Chromebooks work perfectly for.
