Vodafone is dumb

Vodafone are the kings of writing some really dumb stuff. This is a snip from a recent bill:
This month's bill for account number ending XXX is ready online. It's for £48.78.
If it's a bit more than usual, it could be because you went over the minutes, texts or data included in your plan. Or made calls to ‘08’ or international numbers. Or even used your phone abroad.What is with all the "or"s ?
Do people really need to be told that they are billed more because they have used their phone? and then list out all of the situations a phone can make chargeable calls?

You'd be amazed how many people do need to be told that kind of thing. The punctuation is pretty nasty, though.
