I just added ~20 items with lots of caffeine and quickly removed them again, and this was the end result.

It's actually got nothing to do with overflow, it's that you can click on an item to remove it multiple times before the button goes away.

I was going to make the same joke. I think you ought to take it as a sign when you drink enough caffeine to get integer overflows when you try to summate it.
