Who is General Discussion actually?

So this Discussion guy claims to be a general. But of which army? And
where? And why does he have a whole forum dedicated to him and why
hasn't anyone else got a whole forum here dedicated to them? That's
just unfair. Discrimination even, just because he's a General and we're
not. Real unfair...
