When TDWTF leaves you starving for interview stories

    brokonly1 is my favourite.

  • gotta love this one

this guy just gives out login and password, like nobody is going to mess around with his menus

  • That's a website you shouldn't visit too often. Not only is it a punishment for the eyes, but it perverts many things I hold dear. E.g. this one wants someone to program his research project. He probably hired someone else to write the thesis. Or this one, who is willing to part with no less than $35 for someone who writes 550 word articles. But not one, no 10! Yes, that's $3.50 for 550 words. Or someone who wants you to write 30 positive reviews for an iPhone app.

    Jeez.

this guy knows his stuff, he talks about clouds:

    @brokonly1 said:

I am available on chat contact on YM and Skype , would be set up a time to discuss the application your moving and some ideas way to get it into cloud

... but this information is revealed only to people who go the extra step and click on that "more" link.

I like his handle: broke-only-1.  At least he's being honest...

Pro markets pay 5 cents per word, semi-pro 3-5 cents, and "pay" markets 1 to 3 cents per word.

0.64 cents per word is the "random word generation" market, I believe.

    Jeez.

TGV because of you I just wasted a lot of time reading those awful projects and even more awful proposals. It's depressing yet addictive.

The one with the 550 words has this answer which is definitely a good sales pitch. I almost want to hire that person to write something just for fun:

GetACoder is not much better... A classic.

(100$ is a small budget for an O/S, at least they accept O/S written in Visual Basic so it can be RADed.)

The avatar he uses clinches it, the guy is actually a robot isn't he?

I hate to contradict you, but $100 is the big budget! The guy thought that $20 was a reasonable lower limit...

Bidding is closed! I can only assume someone took him up on the offer. Maybe this is how Vista was built.
