Which browser is that?

I'm not familiar with it. (Chrome isn't in the list because this product predates Chrome.)

Does the product predate Linux (and MacOS)?
-
Was this before or after Mozilla was renamed to SeaMonkey?

Linux, yes. MacOS 10, yes, but not Macs in general. I don't believe it runs on Macs, but it does run on Linux and some Unixes.

I continue to struggle to understand how someone thought it was a good idea to brand your product with what essentially means "some bullshit excuse for a thing"
-
Then you won't like Ant, IceWeasel or SpankMonkey....
-
Ants are industrious, prolific and powerful. Why wouldn't I like that?
Weasels are cool.
SpankMonkey is what I do every other Sunday with my oh he he he

Firefox Opera
All the benefits of Firefoxs shitty memory management and the inability to play AAC audio*, combined with all the squashed font hyperlink rendering goodness of Opera.
Where can I download this marvelous innovation ?
* Why is it that Firefox insist on me having to transcode all my audio into OGG format, while Google Chrome (which finances Firefoxes continued existence to the tune of $10 million a year - presumably these days to highlight how much better their own browser is) can play AAC natively ? Sometimes, just fuck open source ethos.

Well AAC costs $300k/year (source) but with all the money Google's pissing on Mozilla I don't see a reason why they couldn't pay that.
Then again, AAC audio is the least of Firefox's worries. ("Hey, let's not only force the community to maintain half the browser's features, but make it so doing so is next to impossible unless you focus full-time on it!")

A CFH snippet mentions someone using "Microsoft Firefox", although I can see how Mozilla and Microsoft could be confusing to some.

In the early days, one of Mozilla's slogans was "Free the Lizard".
So they unzip natively? Neat.

I'm subbed to its RSS feed. That doesn't mean that I know what "CFH" is.
