Predict Who will win the IPL - 2012
-
I know Americans not interesting in cricket, but are any people from other country watching this fascinating tournament happening in India?
If you watch this tourney, make guess!
a) Who score maximum number of runs?
b) Who take maximum number of catches?
c) Who take maximum number of wicket?
d) Which team will win this year?
Make guess, have fun.
-
Maximum number of wicket will be Malinga
Team that will win is going to be Kolkata Knight Rider, though I prefer Deccan Charger or Royal Challengers to win.
-
Nagesh, I'm sorry to say this but I don't think there are many indians in here... So I don't think a regional cricket tournament in there would be more popular among TDWTF'ers than, say, some australian midget tossing championship.

intriguedDwarves and midgets are not the same. Tossing a midget is just plain wrong.

The IPL has a lot of foreign players in it, so there's a reasonable amount of interest in other cricketing countries. It's usually telecast here, and I'll watch it if there aren't any more interesting shows on (which usually there aren't).

I usually go for Chennai Super Kings myself, for no particularly logical reason. No idea how they stack up this year though; I haven't been following the team selections at all.

Player from South-Africa, West-Indies, Australia, Sri-Lanka, New-Zeland and other countries are also playing. Each team have 50% ratio of foreign and national players. I know most people are not bright enough to understand and appreciate cricket, but there are people who are getting interested in game.
IPL format make game fun and entertain with just 20 overs.

Now that Dada Ganguly is out of KKR team, team will be more motivated to win the cup.

May I offer an alternative? AFAIK, toddler tossing is legal most anywhere.

I don't know anything about the teams, especially since I live in Canada rather than India.

Who care where you live? Are you following series or not?
-

Because it matters, for example I'm told that hockey is a thing in Canada, in other countries not so much. It seems to be the same with cricket.
@Nagesh said:

Probably no.
Heck I have never seen a cricket game (I don't follow any sport), let alone actually follow an actual team, maybe if you make it a survival team deathmatch and add shotguns I'll see it

Well, if he lives in Canada, a nation not exactly known for its cricketing prowess, it's unsurprising that he doesn't care about cricket. And this year they're not televising the IPL here, boo. So I'm not following it either.
-
Hi friends,
I am a fan of the Kolkatta Nighterighter but in the my opinion the Bangluru win the IPL 2012 . It is the my pridiction in the IPL 2012. This team has the many batsman which can change the game in the any time and best bowler which is in the form .So this is the reason to win this team.
Thanking you.

No, they mean the batsmen in cricket, which are the players who must stand in front of the wicket, hit the ball away, and run around to earn points.

Autism behavior is severe mental problem and not meant to being made fun of.
Anyway Delhi Daredevils are on top today, while my no 1. team decan chargers is at the bottom.
