Adam Carolla used to do a bit "Germany or Florida", where he would read a weird-ass news story and callers had to guess whether it took place in Germany or Florida.

Anyway the game works because weird-ass news always comes out of either Germany or Florida.

Private Eye has a "Funny Old World" section containing similar stories, but from all over the world. They're more concerned with weird news than weirdly-written news, but the articles frequently close in a similarly strange manner ("after the ill-placed conga eels were removed from her vagina, Mrs Aggamoto was able to return to her employment as a full-time psychiatrist within the week").

It actually sounds like a WTF attempt at trying to outsmart the law. Note that she talked about a $40 tip. I'm sure she thought that bartering a cheeseburger and getting an optional tip would insulate her from charges of accepting money for sex (or whatever the statute in FL says).

There are many other source from where you can get the photos of her. Spending $42.75 would be much enough!
