What we have here is the Wooden Table operating system. All UI elements are textured with a scanned image of a printed PDF from a cell phone camera picture of a wooden table.

I guess the natural skin is their way of supporting Go Green initiatives.

Whats scary to me is that this is the direction that a lot of iOS and OSX apps are headed (I have no idea if Android Apps are headed in the same direction). If your app is a diary .. then God damn it .. it should look like a physical diary, replete with faux leather finish on the covers.

They do say on their page: "This and many more skins are available on the "Skins" submenu of the Interface menu." I don't know whether that means all their skins look shit and this "wood" one causes the least retinal damage, or whether they have normal-looking skins but thought this one would be "kinda fun" to put up as the glowing example of their dodgy-looking GUI code.
LATER: Uh-oh. I just looked at the screenshots of some of Gammadyne's [ahem] wonderful products: sadly, the correct answer is that ALL their skins look shit.

Extra props if it's just a wooden-table skinned GUI frontend to sed.If you take a look at the Options screenshot, you will notice the Wildcards area. To me that means they don't even support regular expressions, making this MUCH less useful than sed.
Although its similarly overcrowded with options, at least the Bulk Rename Utility supports regex, for people that must have GUI tools. And its freeware.

If you have a link, if no one else can help, and if you can find the a key, maybe you can use... The A-Tag.
My favorite thing about that page are the various descriptions of increasing size. I guess they've been putting it on various shareware sites over the years with different description size limits.

Try a software synth, which is, you guessed it, a computer programme that behaves like a music synthesiser. A number of these (quite a few, actually) emulate the classical synthesisers of yesteryear.
These old synths would typically have a whole lot of knobs to control various aspects of the oscillators and filters, because (a) they're very tactile and (b) they don't take up a lot of space compared to sliders. And these software emulators would try to faithfully reproduce everything, including the knobs and the wooden 'cheecks' (sides) of the old synth.
Ever tried to turn a virtual knob using a mouse? It's not the easiest thing in the world, along the lines that it's not the easiest thing in the world to drive a Formula 1 racing car. Blindfolded.
But the latest fad is to run your software synths on a iPad, and all of a sudden they've become easy to use – not in the least because of the absence of virtual knobs.
