Personally I find that kind of thing tremendously helpful. It's certainly helped me. I've seen enough of it to know for sure that Microsoft Outlook is something I wish to minimize my own exposure to, and that's got to be good.

Yeah, when you click the edit pencil next to the topic name, the category turns into a dropdown box.

Dunno. I was syncing while exporting so I suspect somebody ran over the end of a buffer that wasn't there.
Killed it, restarted, waited for sync to complete and then exported - all good now
