Duck mask for sale

    I actually discovered it on another forum a long time ago where that picture is commonly used to depict a weird creepy guy.

    Personally I've always found that picture interesting for a number of reasons.  I woulder if he ever sold the mask.  I wonder who would buy such a thing.  Would you really want to wear that mask after someone else has worn it?  Why did he feel the need to take a pcture of himself wearing the mask?  And why isn't he wearing a shirt?

    Well, showing him wearing it does prove that's it's sized for adults, and that it doesn't have any major rips that can be only seen when worn.  The shirt thing, though....

    Perhaps he was going for authenticity? Ducks don't wear shirts, after all. On the other hand, the mask is clearly a caricature that appears more like a cartoon duck, and they often do wear clothes. Perhaps he felt that the cartoonish feel was enough and there was no need to anthropomorphize further? This sounds like the beginnings of a dateline special. "The man in the Duck-billed mask".
