I just thought y'all might like to know that the Dutch abbreviation for Service Level Agreement is the same as the Dutch word for lettuce.

And the Dutch word for "wife" is the same as the Dutch word for "man." Which leads to the question, did the weird language lead to the rampant homosexuality, or vice versa?

For some strange reason, I recently began thinking about words (in English) where changing the first letter of the word changes the pronunciation of the rest of the word. For example:

tomb bomb comb

tone gone done

choose loose

chose lose
