    Hello,

I sent this RMA back last week.

I just realised the the 'shipping address' on my Crucial account is an old company address - it's going to be a problem if anything is shipped there.

Could you please confirm that if I change the shipping address on the account, that anything shipped to me on this RMA will be shipped to the updated shipping address, rather than the address the original order was placed under.

    Many Thanks

    Steven *********

    Hello Steven,

Thanks for your email. Changing the ship to address will allow all future orders or replacement orders to ship to that address, it does not change the address for any existing orders though. Therefore, let me know where you want it shipped to and I'll manually change it at my end.

If you need any further help, please let us know.

    Kind Regards

    Hello Mr *,

    Thank you for this information.

  • Ouch!

I'm well surprised by that: Crucial have always been on the ball when I've used them.

  • Error @ message 4: FailedAnonymizationError

  • Doh.  That's also a Firefox Fail, as I did a search on the page prior to submitting for my surname and it came back blank - I suspect that it doesn't search inside text input fields..

Annoyingly, the edit button is missing, so I can't edit it. it was there last night, maybe you can only edit for a certain amount of time?

  • Discourse touched me in a no-no place

Correct. I've changed the first post as requested.

  •  Thank you :)

  • For what it's worth, I've had a pair of Crucial modules fail on me (bit errors in some flakey cells and rows). One was first, then another. Now, I'm only buying modules with non-Micron chips.

  • OK, I take it all back. Although I got the despatch email after the email saying they had already sent to the wrong address, and it had the 'new' order number on it, it seems it was the for the first despatch, as I just got a second email with the right address on it.

Sorry Crucial, not quite the WTF I thought it was

Yes, that's usually how it happens.

Perhaps they were space-time relativistic modules.

Or maybe AT&T had a hand in producing them.
