Tag fuck with tags; 0 posts with this tag

Issue:

1. One of my posts had "Red Boo" as a tag instead of "Red Boob", because the autocomplete is braindead.
2. I went back, deleted that tag, and added "Red Boob" instead.
3. Go to tags, look for "Red Boo" and...

If a tag is deleted and there are no other posts with that tag, it should be deleted. OR autocomplete (and tag search) shouldn't return tags with 0 use.

Sidenote: I bet I could completely pollute the tag data by using a script to rabidly create / delete tags. (I meant rapidly, but I'm not fixing it, it works too well).
