Are we TRYING to catch up to Discourse? Third bug today (plus a fourth). Replying too fast fucks up everything.

If I reply "too fast", I get the stupid "whoa there cowboy go swallow a dick" toaster. Fine, that's fine. I get post throttling. BUT here's the problem:
- The composer closes and THEN I get the toaster. Which is stupid, because it looks like I successfully posted, but I didn't. The composer shouldn't close automagically, since all I want to do is sit there for 3 more seconds and then hit SUBMIT again.
- Okay, the composer's closed. Fuck that. I need to hit "QUOTE" again to reply to the post I was replying to-- which opens the composer. Except it doesn't accept any input. The cursor is there, but all the keystrokes are just swallowed like the dick I was told to swallow.

@lorne-kates Is the red boob circling when you do that? Because I remember that it seemed to get locked in 'trying to upload' mode, instead of canceling sensibly.

Nope. Tobe Faire, I have animated gifs disabled, so {shrug}

@lorne-kates Spinning red boob is a CSS animation, I think. So your animated gif setting wouldn't affect it.

It's possible I css'd away the element (or adblock'd it or something). I remember there being something spinning at random intervals that bugged the shit out of me.

That does seem more likely. I see that thing spin all the fucking time and I've never seen the red boob spin.
