Was just doing some price comparisons using Dell's website. I'm not keen on Windows 7, and I know to encourage take up of the new OS, they sometimes do overprice older versions (just try getting XP Pro at the moment!), but this might be taking the biscuit slightly...

Maybe there's a mail-in rebate or something to lower that price. Did you check to see what footnote number -1 said?

No, no, don't you see? The power is an exponent, it's saying, instead of cost per month, cost-months, see, it's like measuring the energy, just like watt-seconds are joules. And vista seems pretty fantastic with an amazing "energy" of 1,586 pound-months, and a "power" of 44,389 pounds! I don't think any other OS can compete with that.
