Given the context, the idea was probably "give birth to tens of kids". But the idea of the government telling us to go fuck ourselves is funnier.

The video is just saying how to remain healthy while taking care of several children. It's not really telling you to breed, it's just saying how to handle yourself if you do.

I forget right now where I found it, but IIRC, the record for the number of children carried by one woman in recorded history‡ is ~63, by a Russian. She had several multiple births, up to and including a set of quintuplets.
The record for the number fathered by one man is more fuzzy, because guys can be uninvolved once they get the process started, but estimates for one particular member of the nobility (I forget where) who was well-known for his promiscuity (he even boasted about it) place the number above 200, and probably around 225, which were mostly bastard children. (I believe this discounts modern sperm bank participants, but it may have been before such became possible.)
‡ Assuming that the people before the Flood in the Biblical account continued having children for the ~900 years they were alive, their numbers could be astronomical by today's standards, but the account doesn't give any indication of the quantity of descendants, only a few notable ones.

I find it fascinating that those huge lifetimes are perfectly normal if they are expressed in terms of that many months instead of years, as if someone had mistranslated something that was originally a vaguer “periods of time”. Not saying that that's what occurred… but isn't it fascinating?

That is a fascinating theory. For the curious, here's the table of age at death for Adam to Noah:

@djls45 I could easily see them starting the age count at some adolescence or adulthood ritual, rather than at birth. Doesn't fix the Noah issue.
