What is that? Some sort of battered fish?
The filename's a hint. It's a crab rangoon that someone ripped apart for some unspecified reason and arranged in a shape that looks roughly like it might be some sort of mythological beast (rangoon, dragoon, 's close enough, right?). Then they photographed it and uploaded it as the main image on the entry for crab rangoon:
