it's still skype.
just cause it lives in a browser and "doesn't require" a login, it's still skype.

I expect the interviewer will have to use actual Skype, while the interviewee can get by with no account or download, just a magic link.

One of the reasons I'll change my mobile provider next month - I've had GPRS-level or no level of internet connection in the middle of Hamburg (and also in the middle of other towns).
When you get reliable 3G speeds here:
but not here:
then you know it's bad.
