That scores two negative marks in error design: one for using a magic error number instead of something useful and one for including a note to personally contact the developer.

The black T in the white circle is the logo of the MBTA, Boston's public transit agency. That particular model of bus, the RTS-II, is in fairly common usage throughout the United States, though, so I'm sure you've seen them before even if you've never been to Boston.

That reminds me of when I was in Tampa, there was an afternoon program called the Kyle Ed show.  This old redneck calls up and says his radio told him to call this number.  IIRC he thought he had won something.

I said "WTF?" until Kyle Ed told us that on these new radios, text comes along with the signal to be displayed on the radio display.  It's been around for a while, and I first saw it in 2003 or so.  In this case, the text to be displayed was "call xyz" and this guy interpreted that as his radio telling him to call.

So given that, I'm sure there are quite a few people who call when they see that displayed on the bus.  "The bus told me to call.  What did I win?"

If we're playing bus show-and-tell, here's what they look like in DC. First, we have the classic ones:

Then we have the newer ones:

Both types could be CNG or diesel, although there are some of the newer model that are hybrids.

And then we have the really new models, complete with the new paint schemes for Express and Local, all of which are going to be hybrids:

Will you people quit making me want to buy that game?  I have loads of other games I should finish before spending $50 on a new game.

In other news, for the same effect, play TF2 and be a spy.  People on the other team really believe you're an engineer on their team if you just put a mask on.  I've been trying that in RL with other people's wives -- putting on masks of their husbands -- and it doesn't quite work as well.

It's only $30 and bundled with a bunch of other games.

Ch. Stealth Armor is only in Broken Steel, I believe. I don't have any DLCs. Investing in Sneak has paid off so far, though, and I'll take the Silent Running perk soon. Night Person is also excellent, because the PER effects are significant without the penalty described in Tactics.

My next character will be entirely Unarmed/Melee based. Going to be fun.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I find I get the best bang-for-the-buck by investing almost solely in "Intense Training" as a perk, and upping my SPECIAL attributes. Most of the perks kind of blow, although there are a few gems in the selection. ("Bloody Mess" is actually more annoying than anything. Only get that if you don't mind constant slow-slow-mo in VATS.)

I can say this: avoid all the perks that increase your leveling rate since:

    1) You level very fast in the game anyway, and

    2) You could pick a more interesting and useful perk instead

Unless you're just out to complete the main campaign as quickly as possible, there's no point to increasing your leveling rate.

If you have Broken Steel and are extremely methodical, you're better off not bothering with the Intense Training perks.  Use them on something else, get Almost Perfect at level 30, and then collect the bobbleheads to wind up with 10 in everything.

Wait really? When the hell did THAT happen?

Full disclosure: I don't ACTUALLY live in Baltimore, I'm actually 27 miles outside the city on the north end - a few miles short of Pennsylvania. The majority of my clients are in Pennsylvania - York, Harrisburg, Lancaster primarily or, bizarrely, California. The last time I was actually inside the Baltimore city limits was almost 7 years ago. The other business (secure electronics disposal) I'm involved in operates out of, bizarrely, a truck terminal/warehouse in the middle of Amish country. For the future I recommend using the Amish angle, because it's funnier than the Baltimore angle.
