Literal nazis

A youtuber made it to protect his viewers (he makes videos mocking these guys, so youtube thinks people might like the videos he's mocking), but it works no matter why you're getting them.

There haven't been any "literal nazis" since 1945.
Do you mean people you don't agree with?

It is a way of censoring yourself against ideas that you don't like. You can't be intellectually honest if you run such scripts on social media.
-
@Yamikuronue @lucas1 One thing I would like to add every time one of these people basically makes their own congregation, they don't only stop so called "abuse" but they also stop any valid criticism as well.
It is basically putting circle around yourself. That circle is of people that agree with you. Anyone outside that circle you will consider not part of that group and becomes part of the other and that is the road to dehumanisation.
-
@lucas1 I mean people advocating mass genocide of Jews. I have no problem with conservatives in general.
-
@Yamikuronue I don't think anyone on twitter in his block bot are advocating that. His Block bot has been know for a while to be ridiculous.
The whole idea of anti-Semitism online is a massive joke since about 2006.
-
@lucas1 Who said anything about twitter?

Why? All conservatism means is that we think that most of the laws and systems in place are working and fine and they need minor tweeks.
-
@lucas1 Learn to read.
-
@Yamikuronue Sorry I should have clarified the same sort of script exists on youtube and twitter.
-
@Yamikuronue Fair enough.

To bring it back on topic. He shouldn't advocate that to protect his viewers.
He should advocate his viewers to know his (opponents) arguments better than his opponents.You cannot argue against an opponent if you don't understand what they think.
Also the viewers can protect themselves by navigating away from a video they don't want to see.
Slightly outside of this field of argument. I always advocate for automated everyhing as humanly possible. I have a good set of arguments that would win over devs and stake holders alike.
I also doubt any of them are actually nazis.

For instance: "UMass College Republicans"
It's a really weird mix of stuff in there. You also have, "SJWCentral."
-
@boomzilla I dunno anything about the particular unis. I know about the to and throw on youtube regarding this subject.

@lucas1 Whatever exists is good, whatever changes anyone is trying to make are bad. So they fight against them tooth and nail, but the moment they lose and those changes happen, they become OK, and the next generation of conservatives can now say that they were never against them and it's all in the past now (see: gay marriage, interracial marriage).
Can't contradict yourself if your principles have no consistency!
-
@anonymous234 I think that is a fundamental misunderstanding and is unfair.

This makes sense if you just look the word up in the dictionary. Sadly, politics, like language itself, defies the dictionary.

AlphaOmegaSin
That's a gaming channel. What's there to strongly dislike?

Since when does that stop anyone?
