By typing "Filed Under: " followed by a link to your post#tags. Or that is how it seems people are making fake ones.

After making severe posts on everything that this new software is, I think tags are all overrated. Also three big cheers to the guys who made Discourse and coming here to support it as well. I am eagerly waiting for our forum to get listed here. Once we get there, we are made.
