It's so incredibly perverted that the whole thing had to be censored? It's pretty much exactly what I was expecting.
-
-
@dcon Correct. 3 x 23 inch, 1920x1080 monitors.
-
@loopback0 2x 24inch 1920 x 1080, 1x 20 inch 1680x1050

I had another to post but Node won't upload a 754KB image because it's not smaller than 2048KB.

I use a selection of old PNGKYs.

Huh. It's been years since I've seen my desktop. Lemme hit -D real quick...
Yep. Gotta save that memory taken up by the background image!

^ That's my current desktop since the last OS reinstall, but I used to have this one:

Somehow related to Stellaris, if the filename can be taken as an indication.

Both of these are photos I took myself; if they do not contain lat/long information I could probably point out the locations they were taken on a map. I particularly like how the second came out.

@PleegWat Is this your card?
-
@hungrier Yeah that's the spot. That thing is better than I thought.
-
@hungrier I noticed it doesn't do so well on the other image; it's briare-le-canal, taken from the bridge toward the village just after sunset.

@hungrier Yeah that's the spot.
Looks like a good road to drive down too, it being a mountain road
-
@RaceProUK It was, as long as you don't drive too fast because the road is rather narrow and there's a lot of sharp turns where you can't see hypothetical oncoming traffic.

Somewhere in southern France. Too high to be on the Gardon. Doesn't quite fit the Causses either, so must be on the Provence side.

Canal bridge on the Loire, Briare?

Now that I think about it...no.

I have a picture that was purchased from Adobe Stock for other reasons and since I bought it with suitable licence, I could also reuse it for my desktop background.
