The first attempt was yesterday. Second and third attempts were today, only loading pages that took 5 seconds or longer to load on the first time through. By the third try, most of them dropped to reasonable times, suggesting that whatever on those pages is making them take a long time had been cached (but had timed out of the cache for the second try, since there was almost a day between the first and second tries).

The only page that consistently kept taking a really long time to load was page 1954 (posts 9766-9770). That took so long yesterday that I didn't expect it to succeed at all (but finally did), and consistently took around 15 seconds on both the second and third attempts today.

@anotherusername I only see some posts with lots of emoji and  s. And it loaded a bit slowly but not really problematically for me. Certainly not in a "takes down a process" sort of way like we found previously.

@boomzilla we found a post yesterday that had a bunch of emoji that was also causing problems... there must be something that's causing the server to churn on posts with lots of emoji.

That range of posts from 9766-9770 does seem to be cached, now... it's just as fast as any other page.

Implemented a 2 emoji-per-post limit. Users who post consecutive posts to circumvent this limit will be automatically ~~banned~~anonymized
