And the audio continued to play until the end of the video.
Ok, just a sec, blacklisting that domain in iframely. Expect a bit of turbulence.

I assume it's not the devs, but the managers.
it's harder to put ads in a
<video>element that adblockers can't remove than it is to do the same in flash

YAY IT WORKS
Ok, I removed the sites that were blacklisted for autoplaying videos from the blacklist as now iframely will skip autoplay embeds. If any of them were lying about not having autoplay to the API, let me know and I'll put them back on.

Maybe because you want legitimate HTML5 videos to autoplay, but there's a huge difference between going to YouTube where you expect to see a video and going to a forum thread where you're not expecting one.

so..... add youtube to the whitelist of site that are allowed ot autoplay.
