Zero III from Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward.
As long as I'm talking about it, I'm sidetracking this thread to point out that the first two games in the Zero Escape series are finally arriving on Steam on March 24, with PS4/Vita versions following shortly after. Virtue's Last Reward being the second game in the series, and thus being included in said package.

Ok so Alien Swarm is a top-down game where you shoot aliens based on the engine from a first person game where you shoot zombies.
The two most common suggestions?
- Make it first person!
- Make the aliens into zombies!
I guess the $4 difference in sale prices is enough for people to not want to buy Left 4 Dead 2 for some reason.

I'm reminded of what was said on the Entrepreneurs thread: if you're getting that sort of thing, maybe you should raise your prices to drive off the cheapskates? :D
Or just tell people (on those suggestion threads, not here) that you've no plans to do it exactly because of the things you mention.

Depending on context, that could be a lot, or kind of meh.
For example, in Disgaea 5, the level cap is 9999, and you regularly face off against units with stats in the millions or even billions, so your characters need to be comparably powerful.
One of your classes (Sage) has an attack (Land Decimator) that targets everyone on the map except herself, with a 50% chance of hitting. One of the better tricks is to take a second Sage and use its buff that allows a unit to double their attacks for the turn on the first Sage, then have the first Sage cast Land Decimator twice. Then you bring out a Maid (yes, really) and use her buff that lets you act again in the same turn, and cast Land Decimator again, which goes off twice again.
This means that the second Sage and the Maid both have a pretty good chance of taking at least one blast as collateral damage each time you do this. If they can't survive a million damage from a teammate at this point, they're probably not worth having around. (In the endgame, my three most powerful characters are a Sage, a Maid, and a Cleric, in that order.)

We have two things being interacted with in this loop: buttons and bindings. A binding is something like
+jump
or+forward
. A button is something likeSPACE

When checking if a controller button conflicts with a keyboard button, it checks three things:
- Controller input is enabled.
- The button we're looking at is a controller button.
- The button that's currently assigned is not a controller button.
If all three things are true, it removes the not-controller button from the list of buttons to unbind when we save and then replaces it with the controller button.
Except we didn't remove the not-controller button from the list of buttons to unbind.
gameuifuncs->GetButtonCodeForBind
takes a binding and returns aButtonCode_t
(yeah, I don't know why they cast it). Not a button. A binding.For example, let's say we have the default bindings and the user performed the steps at the top of this post. At some point in the loop we'd hit
