Looks like this on desktop:
-
@RaceProUK - in the second post, it's 1, so it still seems to count. Next it'll be @index
(Or... are you talking about something else? You're talking about something else, aren't you?)

For @PJH
functioning as expected.
.topic .content
is specified asoverflow: hidden
to prevent zalgo abuse.this causes any content that attempts to exit the post box to become hidden, including list numbers
-
@accalia I should mention @PJH wanted this report made on his behalf, as he's on mobile, and as we all know, That's Different™ ;)
-
@RaceProUK It's because of ordered-list indentation and the fact that the content div is set to hide any overflow.

Ok, something weird going on there...

@accalia Thanks, Captain Buzzkill.

The blockquote has extra padding, so the numbers, while still sliding way over, are all visible. Notice the difference in the alignment with "For @PJH".

So it's a bug with how browsers size ordered lists?
-
@PJH Well, first off, the base font-size in a post is 14px. In a quote, that drops to 12px, but AFAICT, the indenting stays the same. That will show more numbers right there.
Also, the padding that @pydsigner mentioned.
