Browsing a few job listings I came across this one for a Database Developer, which made me laugh:

For those not wanting to follow a link, beaneath the standard stuff about the job is this:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This job entails inputting information using a normal desktop PC and keyboard and some minor work with a mouse. The work is carried out sitting down at an assigned Workstation. There is no heavy lifting involved.

Sounds like a pretty boiler plate warning these days.

See? I've done you all a service with my complaining. Feel free to sacrifice a boar in my honor.

He was already sacrificed when his post count topped 4000.

But wouldn't that involve heavy lifting?

Well, I am afraid you have outed yourself.
Not everyone needs to lift dead animals into their bed...

No, that was a bore.
Same amount of blubber and fur, but not near as much fun.

On the down side, once your mouse reaches the edge of the pad, you have to call IT support and wait for them to send over a couple of union guys to move it back for you.

Job postings typically, perhaps as a requirement of the Americans with Disabilities Act, disclose how physically strenuous a job is. Usually they'll give an amount (I've seen from 20-50 lbs.) of weight you'd be expected to lift in the course of your duties.

Individually? No doubt. If someone wants to make a monetary contribution to me in the name of science, I will work on acquiring and blending all three at once.
