Apple's $300 picture book

See, unlike Christianity, you can get a brand new Bible for $10. Hell, even Scientology offers books for $20 a pop, and you can get L Ron Hubbard's library for $180.
In the Apple Religion, if you want their historical text, you gotta pay $300 for a coffee table style picture book.

Did they edit out the parts where they said an Apple TV was stupid, and that they'd never make a smaller iPad, and that styluses are stupid?

Actually, calling it "historical text" is a misnomer on my part. At least from the shots of the pages I see on the OP link, there is no text, just pictures.

There was just no space to include mundane things like words. But it does include a picture of a black rollneck sweater, since that's obviously worth at least a thousand words.

In other words, Apple plans on revolutionizing the book industry with the UI paradigm of using indecipherable icons in place of discoverable, understandable text!

This linen-bound, hardcover volume was developed over an eight-year period.

Styluses are only stupid up to the point that you convince assholes to pay $100 for them.

Think of the innovative features
- The battery last forever
- OS upgrade free for life
- There is no headphone jack
- Translated in all the languages of the world
- Can be read even by blind people
- Can be used with a stylus (sold separately, of course)
- The corners are actually NOT round
- 100% Recyclable (good fire-starter)

Didn't Apple sue Samsung not that long ago for allegedly ripping off their distinctive design elements?

???
no words is super easy to read.

@The_Quiet_One I am surprised the pages involving the Mac Cube don't burst in to flames!
(Just as the real ones were prone to do! I've had to service several which came in brown and black around the vent holes from the plastic slowly burning from the heat.)

My place is currently interviewing for a new receptionist and one of the CVs had about eight icons under the 'Interests' section. No words.
